We offer several forms of shipping to our consumers. All orders come with a tracking number. Shipping

We offer shipping via USPS and UPS. Shipping fees and options will be calculated based on weight upon check out.  We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $39. Please allow 2-8 business days for your order to arrive. 

Return shipping 

for returns, please mail your product to: DNA Candle Co., 627 Ambrose Ln. , Tustin, CA, 92780, United States, to aid in processing your return please include full name and order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
